Enquiries go to WhatsApp, which is a third party
Every "Get my quote on WhatsApp" button opens WhatsApp with a message already written. WhatsApp is operated by Meta and has its own privacy terms, which apply to anything you send there. If you would rather not use it, email travel@genuinesrilankans.com instead.
The message is pre-filled with a short page code so we can see which page you came from. It contains nothing about you.
What we do with what you tell us
We use your dates, party size and preferences to build your quote, and we keep that correspondence so the same planner can pick up where you left off. We do not sell it or pass it to anyone outside Genuine Lanka Holiday & Tours (Pvt) Ltd and the hotels and suppliers needed for your trip.
Ask us to delete it and we will.
